Scholarship Award

A Kind Leader - OHS Senior Brittney Zimmer received the Rotary Scholarship Monday at the Oconomowoc Club’s regular noon Monday meeting at Oconomowoc Parks and Rec. OHS counselor Jennifer Hoffman said Zimmer was resilient and hard-working, took great pride in academics and vocations, worked two part time jobs, swam competitively, and “was a leader in the classroom and a friend to all.” She plans to attend St. Norbert’s College and enroll in Health Sciences. “Brittney was always known as a kind leader,” said Hoffman. Rotary honors students who have overcome challenges in their high school career, providing funding for continuing education.
