14th Annual Fall Fest - Pourers Needed

We’re looking forward to a great evening of community, music, and fun—especially with Rebel Grace performing on stage from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM!

We ask that your volunteer team consists of members directly involved with Rotary, as this is a great opportunity to represent and promote your organization. Volunteers should be able to handle a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, and move efficiently—this is a working shift, and it moves quickly!

If you decide to split the shift into smaller time blocks, please ensure that 8 volunteers are present at all times. Any additional helpers are welcome, but will be asked to assist outside the bar area, such as with garbage cleanup. We’ve found that limiting the bar crew to 8 allows for a well-organized, safe, and fast-moving setup focused on getting drinks into hands quickly.
