Thank you John ======= The Meadows Clubhouse, 2400 Springdale Rd, Waukesha, WI 53186 What We Provide Our club traditionally brings Beef/Pot Roast with vegetables, potatoes, and sides. Please check the current guest census, available on Family Promise website on the Volunteer page, to help you plan appropriately. Please prepare enough for the families. If someone doesn’t make it to dinner at the apartment shelter then Family Promise will deliver the meal to them. We will serve the dinner as part of our volunteer role. If you want to prepare food but can’t attend: Please drop your dish off by 4:00 PM the same day to one of the members who is driving over. Here are some more details from Family Promise : Wednesday Meals at The Meadows Are Back! We’re excited to welcome back Wednesday night meals at The Meadows for our Apartment Shelter guests! Volunteers will have the opportunity to prepare and serve a warm, homemade meal to families in the Apartment Shelter Program at Family Promise of Waukesha County. If you're planning to cook, please check the current guest census, available on our website on the Volunteer page, to help you plan appropriately. Arrival time: Please arrive at The Meadows by 5:00 PM to set up. Serving time: Dinner will be served promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend forming a group of 2–4 volunteers to help prepare, serve, and clean up the meal together. This is a simple but powerful way to work side-by-side, making a visible difference in the places we drive every day. The Plan: Meet at the lot just west of The Happy Place (formerly Schwefel’s) to grab your highway section assignment. The Gear: We’ll provide the collection bags. We highly recommend wearing work gloves and sturdy footwear for the trek. Many hands make light work—let’s show our hometown some love, one mile at a time.

27 Jun. 2026 Hartford Rotary River Ride Jun. 27, 2026 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Hartford Rotary will be holding our 2nd annual River Ride bicycle tour June 27th where a love for biking meets a commitment to support the Hartford Bike and Skate Park. Three routes routes are available, 40 mile, 25 mile and 3 mile family ride. The 40 and 24 mile routes take you through the rolling hills of Washington and Dodge county. Registration starts at 7:00 AM in Centennial Park. You may start your ride anytime after you have checked in. 40 and 25 mile ride start no later than 8:30AM 3 mile route - Plan to start your ride so that it can be completed by 12:00PM Kids Big Wheel Race at Centennial Park for ages 4 - 11. This event is held between 10am - 12:00pm. It is free for the children. Course closes at 12:00 pm. Please plan your start time based on your route and expected finish time Neosho Rest Stop opens at 8:30 AM
